• All orders are considered final upon confirmation, except in cases of errors in the order or product measurements.

Warranty Exclusions

• The presence of loose threads is normal and does not indicate low quality. This is part of the product's inherent characteristics.

Return or Adjustment Criteria

• Requests for returns or adjustments are only valid within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• In cases of errors in measurements or product quality, we offer two solutions:
  1. Product replacement.
  2. Product repair.

Payment and Delivery Methods

• We do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) options.
• Orders must be approved and confirmed after full payment of the total amount.
